On the Feast of Our Lady of the Holy Rosary, October 7th, a special Mass was celebrated to bless the offices of four networks funded by the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation. These include the Communications Network for Catholic Sisters, Talitha Kum International, the Care for the Aging Sisters Association, and the Health Association of Sisterhoods of Kenya.
The Mass, held in a spirit of gratitude and unity, brought together staff, member congregations, and friends of the networks. It was presided over by Fr. Peterson and Fr. Waweru, who also led the blessing of the offices and the mission they represent.
In his homily, Fr. Peterson encouraged all present with these words: “Be strong and do not be afraid to serve, no matter the challenges you may encounter. Be rooted in faith, and rededicate your energy, resilience, and commitment to serve the people of God.”
His message served as a timely reminder of the sacred responsibility shared by those working in these networks, which support religious life, advocate for justice, and care for the most vulnerable in society.
The celebration marked not just the blessing of physical spaces, but a spiritual recommitment to mission, collaboration, and service.
May Our Lady of the Holy Rosary intercede for the networks, their partners, collaborators, and member congregations as they continue in faithful service.
